FYI, implanted lenses is at least as old as laser eye surgery, if not older. So you're really not taking much risk. My bf knows someone who got it done back in 2003 or 2004 because she couldn't have glasses for going into police stuff, and her eyes were too bad to be fixed via laser eye surgery.

So yeah... think about it. I know Cataract surgery has been done a long, long time so if implanted lenses are similar in method, you're really NOT looking at anything risky.
