So last night, Ahmed sent a couple of us an email about some abandoned calls that have happened in the last two weeks. I don't know when precisely they've happened- he's supposed to give me more detailed information sometime today- but unless something is very wrong with the system, they've happened when the "new" people have been here and I haven't. Both of them basically spend most of the shift asleep. Betcha anything they've been sleeping through calls. I know it's not me missing them...I don't leave my desk most of the time, I don't want to be held responsible of a call is missed.

I am so mad right now.
