If the word "savvy" is uttered in any context on a call, they know absolutely NOTHING about ANYTHING.


This conclusion has only been drawn in the most scientific of methods.

Also true if you hear the word "Consultant". As in, "I'm a computer consultant." More true if they start throwing around large dollar amounts they're getting paid not to know anything.
