I just submitted a request to Baltimore County requesting consderation for placement of a traffice light at Gilroy and Beaver Dam.

God, I hope they do it.

Bad intersection? It's pretty hard to get a new traffic light unless there is a history of accidents at the intersection.

I hear that. They just cleaned up an intersection near where I was getting my Master's degree. It's a 3 lane highway with college kids walking across it at all hours. Good luck! Don't give up even if they say no at first.
