my 15 year flu-free streak remains unbroken.
The Bad News...
I'm still sick.
What annoys me about the whole thing...
I've got a freakin' cold. My throat hurts like I'm being stabbed when I cough or blow my nose. Walking up a flight of stairs makes me out of breath. Yesterday I was throwing up so bad that by the time that was over I was so weak and dizzy I could barely make it back downstairs in one piece (Thank Gods that part was over quickly) All this and nothing serious to be able to say "Oh, that explains it all." The strep throat qiuck test came back clean, they strongly suspect that the lab test will too. A nurse practitioner and 2 doctors checked me and agree to the "Common Cold" theory. Took 2 days off work already. Tomorrow is a day off. Saturday...we shall see when Saturday rolls around. It would make me really happy to just go to sleep and wake up tomorrow and be all better.
And to add insult to injury...All I dreamed about last night was WORK. Woke up every half hour or so. The dream would start up again before I could even fall back to sleep.
I think Im going to finish my tea and sleep.
