Ouch.

A couple of weeks ago, my right calf muscle crpamed up rather violently and suddenly one day. I was just walking like normal....it released within a few seconds but it was very painful at the time. Since then, it often feels as itf it's on the verge of such a cramp again....it doesn't get to a point where it hurts, but I can feel it starting o tense up. I'm afraid that one of these days it really will cramp up like that and...well, I'm not a fan of pain. It feels like it now. I'm trying to stretch it out a bit as best as I can at my desk. If nothing else I just don't want to feel that pain. I'm a wuss when it comes to physical pain.
