Sent the roommate an email saying that thing could go 2 ways...
1. I'm out Sunday...Friday IF I can get help moving on such short notice on a weekday. AND I get back the difference in rent
or
2. I stay in the room, and I'm out on or before the 31st.
I left it up to him.
Email back says he "Just needs to make sure I'm out by the 31st"
