Calf muscle no longer actually feeling tight and previous ones have been worse for several days after th fact but I do feel like I was kicked hard multiple times in that spot. The sensation is spreading out, which means it's dispersing. This is good.

Gah, how is it that I feel the effects of a thirty-second spasm for days afterwards?
