badstarSerious thunderstorm.
Last night...started just after midnight I guess, but I fell asleep shortly after it started...and then woke up a few hours later by what seemed to be an especially blinding flash of lightning, and as I watched I realized that every flash was like that, and the thunder was louder than anyhting I can remember ever hearing. Even when the storm had moved off a good bit- I mean there were five or more seconds between the lighting and the thunder, car alarms were going off on my block, windows were rattling etc.
But now, I must shower. And go off to a meeting with the Nice People at the dept. of labor. I have a new ID so I shouldn't get completely harassed when I walk in.
We had our meeting at Caryn and Will's last night, a decision of sorts was reached. Will post more later. Film at 11. (No pun intended. Well, maybe...)
