Project For This Weekend.

I am going to try and make gnocchi. A few potatoes, some flour, salt and egg. Simple in theory. In reality...we'll see.

theres ways to make vegan gnocchi too! so awesome, i wanna make gnocchi now......

actually, if you read that article, the only things *required* are potatoes, salt and flour...they suggest starting with a little egg as binder when you first start making it, but otherwise, gnocchi is vegan to start with

my daughter made gnocchi from scratch last year, and it was delicious; we keep asking her to make it again. and she was only 11 at the time!
