Jul. 17th, 2007 02:53 amI've decided to hold off on ordering any of the clergy program books- for a short time anyway. For the moment, I'm going to stick with what I have and can grab from the Grove library. Once my DP is officially approved and I submit my essay of vocational intent and all that fun stuff, I'll look into getting more books.
For the moment, I've got a few projects...working on a Greek mythology lore meeting (as in was putting together a handout as of five minutes ago), Caryn wants me to come up with a Hellenic Walk With The Old Ones, it looks like I might be taking on the part of one of the seers for Lughnassagh. (For which I will get to play with the fire..hehe). I just posted to see if there's interest for a Run Valdr lore meeting.
I've also decided that, since I haven't read any books by some of my favorite authors- most particularly, Jack Kerouac and Gabriel Garcia Marquez in quite some time, I should do that. I'm half thinking of rereading The Town And The City and One Hundred Years Of Solitude again. Or maybe reading Doce Cuentos Peregrinos (The Spanish language version of Strange Pilgrims...I've got both.) I know I've got a book or two each by both authors kicking around the house that I've not read (and several of each that I have read.)
Hmm...maybe with all this free time I could try tackling Desolation Angels again....
