..and I just found out that Kushiel's Mercy, scheduled for release next June, won't be the end of the Kushiel's Legacy books. I wonder whose story she's going to pick up with next. I'd really love to see something more Night-Court focused. And she's gonna be at Darkover again this year, so maybe I'll get to go since I didn't last year.

And if anyone finds out future plot details and spoils them for me, I'll never speak to you again! Ever! :-P

lol...well, other than the first maybe two or three pages which set up the premise of the book to a certain extent, if you skip the rest of the first chapter, you won't miss anything but a lot of details which are only relevant to that chapter and not later on in the story. It takes a few chapters, but it does actually start to go somewhere.
