Feb. 10th, 2008 09:43 pmThis wind is ridiculous. Went to Barnes and Noble post-Grove...leaving Barnes and Noble, the wind was so strong we hung out in the Harborplace on Pratt street for a while, hoping it would die down- this was AFTER encountering wind so hard it was actually pushing us around. (later, several blocks from the harbor, there was wind hard enough to blow those reflective construction barrels around.)
Imbolc ritual at the grove last night. There was one person I wanted to smack for interrupting me every few minutes in the middle of speaking whenever I was trying to have a conversation with someone.
There was plenty of drumming, singing and dancing before and after. It was horribly amusing that the song of the night was an old Rick Astley song from sometime in the 80's that we kept singing over and over again.
In other news, I discovered about a week ago that chopped fresh dill is really good in tacos.
