-Took a shower...hot water helped the hurt some. There are still a few very stubborn soot makrs on my arms that just cling to me after several goings-over with sugar scrub. They will fade.

-Went to drug store and bought Aleve. Took one. Helped very much. The convenient thing about never taking pain medication is that I have zero tolerance buildup so on the extremely rare occasions that I do take such a thing, I can take the minimum dose. 220 mg of Aleve taken around 2pm is just beginning to wear off now- 11 hours later.

-Went out for late lunch at Double T with Tanner. the waitress was disturbingly chipper with a cartoonish voice. Drank several cups of coffee.

-Came home, bummed around the house a bit. Went back outand met various people at Mick O'Shea's. Phil and Eric were there when I arrived. Proceeded a bit later by Leah, then Kathleen and Dale and then Rob and Suzy. I didn't actually eat dinner. Had some mozerella sticks and Sprite. By the time I got to MOS, I was feeling significantly better. Almost normal.

-Dale gave me a ride home. Hopped out of the car and tripped going up the steps to the front porch. Snapped back into feeling completely shredded again for about an hour.

-Currently feeling ok. Not spectacular. But not horrible.

I'll post actual PDF stuff tomorrow probably...once I decide what I feel like writing about. This burn was odd. Very intense for the short time I was there...and not always in the best of ways. But I chose to put myself in certain situations and I would do it again in a second.

For now, I am going to sleep. Actual sleep...unlike last night.
