Lately I'm having weird dreams. Not nightmares by any stretch of the imagination, but there have been a couple that I've found to be irrationally terrifying. (This was before I talked to you, tecie)I guess that makes them nightmares?

I've been awake for about 9 and a half hours now, and I have a whole day of work ahead of me. Thank Gods I've discovered that power naps actually do have some merit.

I need a new pair of sneakers because well, i have for a while. My poor orange running shoes are at a point where I've relegated them to official PDF shoes. and I'm pretty sure that I've got a new pair picked out. A pair of silver and sorta mauve-y lavender Nike running shoes again that are sooooooo comfortable and nicely stable.

My new favorite singer is Howie Day. I heard his song Collide on the radio yesterday in a store. I heard them annouce the title but not the singer...so I called my Mumsie and get her to tell me who it was....funny, she used to be the one to ask me who the singer on the radio was. Guess that's what you get when the parents are DJ's and you haven't listened to the radio in 4 years.

I watched a movie last night- A Home At The End Of The World....great movie. I think I have to read the book now.

Let's say i have a 10-ounce glass that I fill 5/8 full with water. then I add ice til the water reaches the very edge of the top of the glass. assuming a constant 68 degree room temperature and that nothing disturbs the glass, how long will it take for the ice to melt and the water to spill over the side of the glass?
