I just realized that my paycheck next week will be a *little* better than I thought. Now I can get a box of saltines and a frozen brick of broccoli to go with those ramen noodles...and if I really play my card right, I might be able to swing that pack of gum I've been saving up for...

I hear you on that. We have been spending maybe $20/wk on groceries this month. lots of pasta and canned veggies! Rice and beans is also good too :)

it's cool. actually, i recalculated...thigns are going to be even bettr tha i thought. and it's just this one paycheck that things will be a bit tight because i have to pay security one check and rent the next.but after that, it's all good, plus i'm getting a raise.
