I just had one of the worst calls ever. (Yeah, I say that from time to time)

Unfortunately, when I can't really react to being upset, the reaction goes internal...and I tend to get REALLY lightheaded.

My worst call ever I was trying to call the guy back and force him to fix his computer despite himself, Damn it I was going to WIN that call. Or make the guy a looser, same thing. Someone stopped me thankfully and I would occasionally check the notes for him and see other techs with the same problem.
