If I had know what's best for me, I'd have called in sick this morning and stayed home and slept. I woke up VERY out of it timewise and quite incoherent. Once I fell asleep I had some bizarre dreams, one of which involved wormholes in the form of garden-trellis-arch things. It actually didn't take me long to fall asleep, but I wasn't REALLY asleep...my body was asleep, but mentally I was awake, coscious of time passing, hyperaware of things going on outside my house, and just...thinking about nothing in particular before actual sleep took over. I overslept, but I still got to work on time...and as it happened, the door lokcs at work were broken so a bunch of us stood outside for a while waiting to get let in. Today was a day of REALLY stupid calls. Things I didn't want to deal with. Like a woman whose 6-month-old kid managed to sit on her keyboard, somehow causing her to lose all of her data. Everything was gone...vanished. And that was only the FIRST call.

I don't like dealing with neurotic people. Especially when they manage to do things like that to their computers.

Apparently though, working when I'm not really coherent is a good thing. today anyway...I had a really good talk time. And they've restructured teams...again...we just gained 5 or 6 people. And someone pushed my computer all the way into the corner of my desk. Somehow the day went REALLY quickly. At least the first 6 hours. The last two crawled. After work I stoped at Barnes and Noble n Towson looking for a ritual book...they didn't have it. Then I made my way down to B&N down at the Harbor...also didn't have it. Sometime between leaving Towson and leaving the Harbor, my brain straightened itself out considerably and I'm fairly coherent at the moment.

Now I'm just waiting for a sub that I ordered for a late dinner to arrive.

It's suposed to be 75 degrees tomorrow. They just said so on the radio.

What book are you trying to locate? I might have it my copious book collection . . .let me know, and I'll check the stacks for you.

Although Sunday(11/13) might be too late for you to get it, right?
