badstarErf...so the full moon ritual went well I think. At least that's what people tell me, I was kinda nervewracked, and I'm looking back and being all self-critical. The whole thing seemed to take about 5 minutes, though it was probaly 15ish or so...i intended it to be a LITTLe longer- maybe 25-30...but apparenty people dug it.
I showed up this morning and Rhi walks in, hands me a bag of recycled silk yarn....3 gigantic balls of the stuff...and tels me that she'd like me to make her a scarf. Whatever yarn I don't use I can keep These yarnballs are scary huge...I'd be surprised if the scarf took an entire one- and that's making it a bit longer and about half again as wide as the scarf that Rhi tried to steal from me that prompted her to ask me to make one to begin with.
It looks like there will be some people gathering at the Grove for Thanksgiving. I don't know what will be cooked. I've never cooked a turkey...and I'm NOT going to try in the oven there..it's SO tiny.
I just have a few days more til I can go to Chris and say "Okay...I've jumped through the hoops laid down for me to get my Sundays blacked off the schedule. Its been 30 days so lets get that done. I'm scheduled for about a zillion more Sundays.
The Grove is taking over the office....Bwahahaha. There's me, Jackie and Jesse. And Ereon too- who's a sort of former member who moved away. Andy either has JUST applied or is getting ready to send in a resume, Matt is getting a resume ready.
OK. My birthday is like...barely over 2 weeks away. I'm either going to get myself a new computer (Mac Mini, work price!) or a tattoo which I've wanted for quite some time. (No, not doing the elemental pentacle)
I need to start doing some actual work on this Dedicant's Program thing.
Later this week I have to meet Chris (ex-coworker, not supervisor) to get some movies that he borrowed over the summer. Must not forget this.
But now, I need to sleep.
