Wow....This Is An Impressive Article....

When I first started reading it, I thought it was going to be really dumb....a big chunk of the article was a discussion of how one interpretation of the Harry Potter books is like a coming-out, a metaphor for homosexality, which seemed like a dumb comparison but as I read the article it made sense- as one interpretation, and then carried on to talk about the gay world as one of misrule- where normal everyday conventions are turned upside down, and how this is all "dangerous" because it's outside of the comfort level of adults, but kids have such vivid imaginations before they become "normal, civilized" adults that it all appeals to them, and adults see that as disruptive and blah blah blah....anyway, go read the article, it makes more sense than I do.
