Oh yeah, on a completely unrelated note. I've now seen the first two seasons of Buffy The Vampire Slayer on DVD...not NEARLY as bad as I used to think it was, but I have to say:

Drucilla. Most. Annoying. TV. Character. EVER.

The ADF Dedicant's Program....

Part of me wants to charge in, churn out a novel's worth of writing on this thing within a week.

The other part of me, knowing that considerably longer than a week is required, has no idea where to start...despite having been presented with a certain degree of structure.

The requirements are surprisingly underwhelming for what is to amount to about a year's worth of time and work. I've done far more work in far less time. I'd estimate my fresman English class at SMU to have been no less than about 8 times the work that the dedicants program requires. In about a quarter of the time (Added that with political theory, Italian, film and Italian Reneaissance art history and painting...two of those classes being junior level...and you've got one serious first semester of college.)

Why is this exponentially more intmidating?

I work 11-8 for the next 4 days, and then I have a 3-day weekend. Which will involve a party, a ritual, and the standard Sunday stuff. Copious time at the Grove will abound.

Oh yeah...and I'll be cooking. For the party and for the ritual.

Can we say spicy mocha brownies? How about peppermint brownies? Cause I'm pretty sure I want to make both.

The weekend after that is Christmas. I'm going up to PA for a few days.

I suppose I should do my Christmas shopping at some point? I ordered a few presents online (And ran into some issues when I got double-charged for my order...grrrrr...though that's being taken care of.)

The blanket continues to progress. I can't wait til I can stitch it together.

So I just cracked open one of my several email addresses to check out the discussions on baltwash..and found an email reply on a thread from R.M.Rhodes

I wodered first of all...when did I put my name online as R.M. Rhodes?

And second of all why would I be posting about Santarchy? I spent my day at the Grove.

Of couse it wasn't me. There is another R.M. Rhodes on the list, but a guy.
