The ADF Dedicant's Program....
Dec. 11th, 2005 06:03 pmPart of me wants to charge in, churn out a novel's worth of writing on this thing within a week.
The other part of me, knowing that considerably longer than a week is required, has no idea where to start...despite having been presented with a certain degree of structure.
I want to do this. I need to do this.
"Sounds to me like you're daunted. Say it
again like you're undaunted."
I want to do this. I need to do this.
The requirements are surprisingly underwhelming for what is to amount to about a year's worth of time and work. I've done far more work in far less time. I'd estimate my fresman English class at SMU to have been no less than about 8 times the work that the dedicants program requires. In about a quarter of the time (Added that with political theory, Italian, film and Italian Reneaissance art history and painting...two of those classes being junior level...and you've got one serious first semester of college.)
Why is this exponentially more intmidating?
