WTF????

Why in the effing H-E-double-hocky-sticks are my neighbors doing construction at fricken midnight? I'm talking about VERY loud power tools here. We're on the other side of a brick wall and stuff on my desk is vibrating.

*ponders going next door and bitching them out*

Edit: went next door and told them to knock it off. Looks like the neighbor has contractors. They said they weren't going to stop working, but would cut the power tools. I don't care what happens as long as the noise stops...but so far, even without power tools, they're making just as much noise as they were before. If they're still doing this when i'm ready to go to sleep, I'm calling the police.

Edit again: They woke Steph up. She called the police. They're starting the power tools again.

A number of people have posted articles on the VA death row inmate Michael Lenz. Here's the most recent one that I've seen. I have a lot to say about the whole issue, as well as the articles themselves. But first, I need to go to the bank and stuff, so I'll try to post commentary later today.

For now, I'll just say that this article is a great example of less-than-stellar journalism.
