Apr. 9th, 2007 01:32 pmWell, I don't know exactly when I'll be going to afterhours work. I wish I knew.
But it looks like a part time job is on the horizon. I just talked to the owner of Grandmas's candles and I'm going to start working there on Saturday. She isn't hiring me for sure just yet- waiting for my schedule change to decide that, but she's needing help enough that she's going to bring me in for the time being to help out on Saturdays and see how it goes. I'll only be making minimum wage, but I'm ok with that. Working just 8 hours a week would cover my MTA pass and give me another $15 or so that I could use for bills and all that fun stuff. If all works out, once my schedule changes I'll be able to work a few more hours (though, not too many. I don't want to burn myself out or lose all my free time here.)
