badstarDoes anyone know anything about Barbara Robinson? Apparently running for MD House Of Delegates in district 40. Looks like she's not incumbent. She had people handing out flyers and such at Artscape. Samantha got one of those popsicle stick fans and all it says is "Elect Barbara Robinson House Of Delegates", and on the other side it gives a couple of Bible verses- not the full verses but the references...One from Romans and one from Psalms
I don't know, but I don't think I'm too inclinded to vote for someone whose promotional materials do nothing but cite a couple of Bible verses. I've googles her using several search strings and it looks like she's done some good things but nothing telling me what sort of political candidate she might be.
Well, I'm not in that particular district...but still I'd like to know.
edit: well here's her website http://www.barbararobinson.info/ ...appears to be way out of date. The "about the author" section ends in 1999.
Here's also this...looks like she's violating laws about political signs and stuff on people's lawns.
