If you were not at our house warming/house warding ritual, you should have been. Oh, trust me you should have been. You just don't understand what you missed.

However, we had plenty of fun without you. So there. :-P

I woke up about an hour ago and just couldn't go back to sleep. I'm usually up by 9 on Sundays anyway to go up to the Grove.


It was great to see you and Sam. I'm so happy that you had a good time. The Greek Delight was awesome...and is long gone!

Sorry we couldn't be there. While the music and fireworks at the BSO were great, they ended up honoring the tickets for the rained-out July 4th show - which over-crowded the place so badly, my sister and her family couldn't even get on the lot, so they missed everything. And they didn't have enough food/caterers, so we barely ate anything.

My Mom and I are both going to write complaint letters. At least Mom is going to get a refund for the four tickets we couldn't use. But our annual family event was really marred by the fact we weren't all together to watch the show.
