House Maintenence

badstarBilly, whom I commonly refer to as Cullen's Henchman is here doing maintenence stuff.
After today, i may or may not have a functional shower on the third floor- working on that now, but it seems like water is dripping in between the floor and the ceiling, but not 100% sure about that til he takes off the access panel and looks around.
Soon the fire alarms will stop beeping. We have a new fuse in the fusebox- yay. A new washer, probably within a week and a new fridge, within about a month.
