badstarI got another call on my resumé that I posted on Monster...seems like this one actually read the blasted thing. It's a helpdesk job, they know that I don't have troubleshooting experience with windows, and it's ok. So they wanted me to send a Word format copy and said that they would be getting back to me to set up an interview soon after recieving the resumé.
