One of the people speaking made this statement:

"Even the people in Baltimore are shocked and sad," Fuller said.

Um....so...I dunno, I kinda thought that just about everyone that's heard of this were shocked, sad and worse...but this makes it sound like either:

1. Baltimore, which is not very far from Quarryville, is too far awsay to normally be touched by tragedy like this, occuring there or

2. That people in Baltimore are so callous that normally they wouldn't care.

WTF?

Actually I think they're shocked people in Baltimore care because, you know, thousands and thousands of people are shot daily in Baltimore.
