I never had any interest in seeing Ocean's Eleven or Ocean's Twelve. But then a preview for Ocean's Thirteen played when I went to see 300, and based on the previews, I think I'd actually like to see it.

So, good friends in Livejournal-land...

Was Ocean's Eleven and/or Twelve any good? (Cause I'd rent and watch them first.)

edit: Feel free to keep commenting, but I think I'm gonna drop 'em in my Netflix queue. I mean, I'm paying for it already. What do I have to lose but a few hours?

I'm not big on heist movies in general, but I liked ocean's 11, never saw 12, but I would watch it if it were on or someone wanted me to watch it with them.

I enjoyed the heck out of both of them. I'm a sucker for heists and capers, and 11 was just beautiful. 12 was somewhat less well choreographed and polished, but still a ton of fun, and fabulously self-referrential.

Eleven was good. About a seven on a scale of ten. Twelve, not so much...maybe a five...
