Custom colored popcorn???
I had another cramp in my calf this morning around 5ish.
It wasn't quite as severe painwise as the previous ones have been (I've had two or three in the last few months.) but it lasted a bit longer, I think. I could be wrong though, I was mostly asleep. This time, it didn't really increase too much in severity if I tried to bend or straighten my leg.
It's been suggested before that it's due to not being properly hydrated...well, I've been drinking more water lately, and had quite a bit of it yesterday.
Someone suggested lack of potassium, I could try eating more bananas.
But I can't help but wonder if it's not something else. I don't know. It's always the exact same spot on my right calf. In all but one case, it's happens while I was sleeping. The time that I was awake and it happened was the worst, it just wouldn't let go and I could actually see the spot where the muscle was cramping up- it was this little round spot that was kinda twitching- it was creepy, and whether I tried to bend or straighten my leg, it felt like I was going to tear or otherwise severely injure something. The muscle feels tight for several days afterwards, no matter how much I try to stretch it out. Does this sound like anythign besides a lack of water or potassium to anyone? Does it sound like anything that should be seen by a doctor?
Maybe I'm paranoid, I hope so. I've just never had this problem before.
In other news, Special K blueberry breakfast bars are yummy.
