My work schedule was set three months ago. Why in the hell are you telling me that I'm out of line by telling you that you've entered it incorrectly and following the schedule that we agreed on...three months ago?
yeah, if they're going to set it up that far in advance, they need to do their best to stick to it, or at least give as much notice as they can that it needs to be changed.
