This conversation that I had with Anna the other day just amused me to no end. It was worth preserving. Pardon the massive typos on my part.

Anna: so i know you scrapped the dp oath, I did too, but did you have a piece of jewelry for it? I did my oath on sept 21 but i just got my new piece a few weeks ago.

Me: scrapped the DP oath?

Me: oh...no, no jewelry

Anna: the text they provide for you

Anna: the ritual with the stones and all that jazz

Me: oh...that's there as an example

Me: a suggestion

Me: no, i didn't have a piece of jewelery

Me: i don't know...I mean, what on eart symbolizes "druidry" to me? celtic things, that's what...and I just couldn't thnk of anyhitng else, and I feel weird wearing celtic stuff.

Me: which is really weird considering that it wasn't too much of a stretch to meld hellenic polytheism with this particular flavor of druidry

Anna: thors hammer for me, i dont care its what works for me hehe.....but yah i am not sure in your case

Me: I also thought about it, and I could have looked for somethign greek...but what do i need? hell, i'm branded...lol

Me: if there was a Greek god who could have ever been associated with Druidry, Apollo is it.

Anna: branded for sure!

Me: all the thigns the Druids did...law, medicine, poetry, music...he's associated with all of it

Anna: yup yup

Me: yah fuck you and yer necklace look at my BACK bitches....yah see that works for me:P

Me: and yopu know, that onlyu occurred to me as i was typing it...lol
