'Tis a hoax. Mas will be closer to the earth than normal, but it will NOT look like there are two moons in the sky (Unless you're looking through a telescope with 75x magnification.)
Oh, and the good news? It's raining. And it rained earlier today, and the temperature cooled off significantly. I didn't feel like I was going to die walking out my front door to come back to work.
