"Ronks" is a town/village/crossroads/some non-specific geographical designation. Wikipedia describes it as "a small farming community in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania," It's basically the name of a particular zipcoded area. One of those places that's really easy to forget that it even exists.
Oh, here's a better term for it- "unincorporated area"
But anyway...it's the name. "Ronks"- try saying it and taking it seriously. You can't. It sounds like a noise coming from a goose.
But I disgress.
