Dionysos, in my experience, much prefers red. He is not terribly picky, it's true, and will accept pretty much anything in a pinch (even really awful cheap stuff), but he'd rather have red because it looks like blood, and he seems to prefer Merlot the most, at least from me. Shiraz works too, though. I use that 'Kangaroo Wine' often. :) They have a couple blends that are really nice.

Whereas Apollon is much more about the white wine. Though he's been preferring the Greek brandy I have lately, for some reason.
