That HAS to be a joke. NOBODY talks that dumb normally by nature. Besides I can't even understand what they're saying or trying to say from "and" to "9-3-2008". There needs to be a disclaimer on help desk websites - "If you can't write your email to us with 85% english proficiency, we reserve the right to post your email on hillbilly bulletin boards and laugh our butts off at you". What did you do about this email if you can say?
