badstarI might get skinned alive for making this post. However, seeing as I've never had the chance to say this before in my life, I'm gonna do it.
But anyway..I'm in love. Two years ago when I got a new roommate, I never would have expected that it would end up like this...her, me a couple of cats, an apartment in Mount Vernon, happy, all that noise.
It's crazy. I think I'm finally used to the idea of being in a relationship, now getting used to this. After avoiding the whole "relationship" thing for most of my adult life, it's just so surprisingly normal to me. I spent the first couple of months just waiting to wake up one day and feel a desperate need to run away, but it's never happened. I am so happy to have found someone that gets Teh Crayzee Religious Stuff(tm) and the whole anti-dependence thing.
Yup, my girlfriend is lucky to have me. I confess myself a bit jealous of her. :-P
