Fuck it, I am clearly not sleeping today. Nevermind that I've been up for roughly 24 hours now, and I have to work another 12-hour shift tonight, then come home (hopefully) get some sleep and then work til 11 tomorrow night, and oh, thanks to the holiday, it's going to take me til roughly 130 in the morning on Friday to get home.

Great, just fucking great.

I went back to bed, I almost fell asleep. The wind woke me up. Then Discord decided that she had to sleep between me and Gavin, weighing down the blankets and pulling them partly off me. Then she moved and I readjusted the blankets. Then she came back and laid do0wn on the back of my knees and pulled the blankets partly off my feet. In the blanket adjustment process, she got up again. I almost fell asleep again, then the wind snapped me out of that. Then Discord decided to lay down between us, once again weighing the blankets off me. Adjusting again, she got up again, this time laid down on Gavin's pillow. I was comfortable, I was warm. I had nothing to complain about. I was just drifting of to sleep when the wind kicked up again...oh my god what the hell is the deal with this wind? I pulled out the iPod and put headphones in, I was warm, I was comfortable, I couldn't hear the wind. THEN I was suddenly feeling so hungry I thought my stomach was about to start consuming itself. Oh, and I felt a headache coming on. So I just said screw it, got dressed and came out here. I guess I won't be sleeping today. Yee fucking ha. At least I have food in the microwave.

In other news, the wind in Maryland blew so hard today that 2009 will start at 11pm instead of midnight.
