stupid gmail

Is anyone else having issues with gmail where after using it for a while the bottom inch and a half or so if the window turns white and everything sorta "jumps" up so that you can no longer access the stuff a tthe very top of the page?

lol I guess being blind has it's advantages. But I'll tell you what's annoying me. Now whenever I go to search in Google, instead of a link then cashed and similar pages, I get the link, remove button, promote button, cashed, similar pages and comment. And it does this for every! single! result! Aaa!
