They need to find some random remote unpopulated island to create their own form of utopia where they can prosthetalize all they want.

I say let them have it. S. Carolina doesnt produce much. Oh, and we can charge everyone who tries to cross the border into the US from S Carolina a tax.

for the sake of legalities, we should annex Cuba. Oh sure, they hate the US. But if we offer them welfare and full citizenship, I think theyll turn.
