badstarI...Need...To...Set...Up...My...Blasted....Bookshelves and get my crates of books out of my room so I have some space!
I also need to do laundry.
I was late for work because of the MTA. My bus was early...by at least 5 minutes. There's not another 3 that goes to Towson for an hour...next bus that comes along...
Me: Can I get to the 8 on this bus, or is it only the one that goes up to Towson?
Nasty Driver: "Cross the street and get a bus headed south to the 8.
Me: But I'm not going south. I'm going north. I have to go to Hunt Valley"
Nasty Drver: "Did you hear me? Cross the street and take the bus going south to the 8."
Me: "I'm going NORTH to HUNT...oh, nevermind..."
Bus drives away. I consider the time and how long it is til the next bus that does go to towson and decide that it's probably easier to just do what the driver said...so the next 3 that comes along going south is...you got it...the same driver. So I ask er where I hop off to catch the 8...and she tells me to get off a few blocks down, get the 55...take that to the 8...forget that. I'd have been at least an hour late. I took the bus downtown, even with the 10 minutes that I had to wait for the train (In which I went to the Daily Grind for coffee and cranberry-orange coffee cake) I was half an hour late.
*Sigh*
The stop where it's easiest to switch between the 8 and the 3 busses in Towson is oh-so-conveniently located right next to Barnes and Noble. Oh yeah....and Towson Town Center has ANTHROPOLOGIE!
Note to self: I will NOT carry cash, credit card or other method of payment into Anthropologie with me when I go.
Speaking of Towson...it looks like quite the fun place for photography. Perhaps Sunday...Color photos for sure at night. Black and white and color during the day...
At some point, a cowookerr is going to let me borrow a couple of books on runes. Whenever hat happens, I may even get around to reading them. At some point after that, i may even try to do some reading with these runes that I have (I've had a set of Labradorite runes for about 2 months now)
Off to have lunch or something....
