I also...you won't believe this one...I...wow, I can't believe I managed this...at the same time (Even while breathing!) I gave my supervisor a clueless look and shrugged when he asked me a question. So let's see...I was sitting n a chair, looking at a computer screen, typing, talking to the moron, breathing, thinking about the issue at hand, hearing Doug's question, processing the answer and indicating that I didn't know it in 2 non-verbal ways...and I'm sure I blinked a few times...man, I need to sit down.

Actually, I really can't because typing and talking...wellI was only typing 2 or 3 words. I can barely do tha. Until recently, I didn't have the best talk times. One thing I have done is to make up premade case notes with the steps for most common problems, each on their own sticky. All I have to do is copy, paste and modify as needed for the call.
