Me: "Yes.
Idiot: "Well it sounds like you're typing."
Me:"Oh I'm doing that too."
Idiot:"Oh." *pause* "You can do that?"

Actually, I really can't because typing and talking...wellI was only typing 2 or 3 words. I can barely do tha. Until recently, I didn't have the best talk times. One thing I have done is to make up premade case notes with the steps for most common problems, each on their own sticky. All I have to do is copy, paste and modify as needed for the call.
