List Of Books I'm looking to aquire copies of...It would be SO expensive to buy 'em a new from Ye Olde Barnes And Noble or whatever, And I'd like to get my own copies of as many as I can to have for reference and whatnot The ones that I don't find right off, I'll go to used book websites and stuff to get them as inexpensively as possible, and borrow whichever I have to. But I'm just wondering...anyone have copies of these books that are collecting dust?

Well, off the top of my head, I'm fairly certain I have the following... in some cases, I'm just not sure of the authors, so I might have the same title, but by somebody else. I'll check when I get home.

  • Celtic Heritage: Ancient Tradition in Ireland and Wales-Alwyn and Brinley Rees

  • The Druids- Stuart Piggott

  • A Brief History of the Druids- Peter Beresford Ellis

  • The Poetic Edda- Lee M. Hollander, Edda Saemundar, eds.The Eddas,

  • Drawing Down the Moon: Witches, Druids, Goddess-Worshippers, and Other Pagans in America Today- Margot Adler

I know that any of the books in my care would certainly be happy to be used, if nothing else to help them stop collecting dust :)

ok... I do have the Rees book. And a previous printing of the Ellis book, when it was just called "The Druids." Don't have Piggott's book tho. Still gotta find my Edda's...

At some point I'll have to list out my library. There has been some discussion (at least between JT and I, but open to anybody) about starting a Book Discussion Group that focuses on pagan oriented texts. So many books... so little time :)
