Happy Stuff And Other Dangers Of Life...

I got offered a job today at Carter's (been working as a temp all week there) puling orders in the warehouse. The place is mindnumbingly boring, but the people are nice, and they let me listen to music as long as I have headphones. Time goes much faster when measured in CD's instead of hours.

If ayone knows where I can find a copy of Bran Van 3000's Discosis, TELL ME. TELL ME NOW. (That means you, donquixote Not a single music store in Lacaster county is even able to order the damned thing. And they look at me funny. I need to get a credit card. Then I can order it online. Yeah that's it.

Found a bracelet at Claire's Boutique with a charm of the chnese character for fire. Yay. nd some REALLY great batiked cotton material in several dfferent color combinations with a goldweb-like pattern painted on it. I bought some in orage and red, and pink, purple, green and blue.

Heather's birthday is tomorrow. She wants to go out Saturday night and get blasted.

I get to work tomorrow...and it's all overtime *happydance*
Might even work Saturday...though it wouldn't be overtime. new work week stars Saturday. Oh well.

Need a few things....shampoo/conditioner (I can finally afford Bed Head again!!!), steel pipe about 4 1/2 feet long, 5/8" diameter, cotton clothesline, lamp oil. I will probbly get all but the shampoo/conditioner tomorrow. Was going to get new cell phone/service tomorrow, but I think I'm gonna hold off a week or so yet. Christmas shopping is about half done..gotta finish that. Christmas Eve, going to Char's place with Heather and Doug for a while. Should be fun. Wonder if there's going to be another ritual with apple juice...

Moon was beautiful last night, was all cloudy and stuff, I was walking home from the bus and I turned around just n time to see the clouds break and all but a very thin later move away, the moonlight cast a pale rainbow halo on the clouds..I've never seen a rainbow like that before. Watched it for a few minutes, and when I turned to continue walking, I swear my face felt a lot warmer.

Need to sleep very soon.

I don't think you are supposed to use lamp oil, are you? I think the People at the PdF burn were using kerosene... and not cotton... But you've been to more burns than me.

hmm...i dunno....the first 2 times i spun, it was with lamp oil. the third attempt was with white gas...but it wasn't much of an attempt.
