Sick Of It.

Work sucks. I hate my job. I'm disliking the company more and more. I'm starting to get irritated with my supervisor. I'm not a masochist and I don't get paid enough to sit through 8 hours of this level of abuse every day. I'm sick of not being believed just because I gave people an answer that they didn't want to hear. I'm sick and appalled at the levels of stupidity I encounter on a daily basis. I'm sick of coworkers who ask me for help, and then turn around and ask the person next to me what the *real* answer is...already told them the right answer, just as I've done every...time...they've...asked... I'm tired of being completely discounted as a "senior agent" when I've been around longer than a majority of people on the floor. I'm hardly the top tech, but I've proven pretty well that I know what the hell I'm doing.

I think telemarketers have it better than I do.

Yes, I need a new job. I've started looking.

I'm going to sleep.

I know how you feel.

However, telemarketing is not better. Not even close. When you do tech support, you hate your customers. When you do telemarketing, you hate yourself. And your customers.
