1. There is music beyond FM97.

2. Yeah, Lancaster sucks and living there is pretty much "Not getting out much". Your life will become *much* more interesting once you graduate and get to college. Interesting in many ways.

3. Religion...it's okay, really that you don't believe what they tell you. You'll make a valiant effort and then...well, you'll let it all go. And then things will start to make sense.

4. Senior year is going to be hell. Hang on to what sanity you can, trust me you'll need it.

5. That ankle you sprained? Yeah, the one from last year? You're in for another 6 years of fairly constant pain.

Bonus 6th thing...
The whole independence thing? Yeah, it works but you should know...it's gonna cause you some problems. Learn when to give in a little.

I checked out this house on Tuesday. Mea saw it today. We're already mentally furnishing our Rubber-Ducky themed bathroom and planning for Hello Kitty waffle irons and picking bedrooms and planning for a darkroom...

Now we just need to work out the security deposit....I think we can do it. so everyone send us a little thought, prayer, energy, mojo, whatever...

The house is 4 blocks from me. Number 1629 (I'm at 1229. Coincidence? I think not.) The place has like, um...14ish-foot ceilings on each floor. Wood floors, exposed brick walls. A full bathroom on each floor. Washer and dryer. A big common area on each floor. Track lighting. We can have cats. and parties...oooh...parties...It's bigger than any3 rowhouses have any business having!

(No spiral staircases. Though, there is a turn or two on each staircase.)

Send us good thoughts of prosperity and huge houses! We can do this!
