(no subject)

When I put any pressure on the underside of my left middle finger, anywhere between the tip and the first joint it feels like it's irritating a nerve just under the base of the nail on that finger. It's bee doing this all day. It's a feeling of pressure/unpleasant tickling/intense itchiness...and it's purely pressure-induced. Needsless to say, typing is a bitch. (I mostly type with my pointer and middle fingers)

I Don't Understand....

I OWE money on my taxes????

It's not a huge amount, I won't have a problem paying it but...I owe money on my taxes?

To The Polytheists In The Audience...

How do you see deities? Do they each have a distinct look that remains constant? Dothey change much? Are some definite and some vague or faceless?

For me, some have remained fairly constant and definite, some have been more mutable, and many are vague or faceless.

The constant, definite ones seem to just drop in that way. Before I even know anything about them.

Perfect example: Right now I'm doing a bit of research on the mythology of the Norse god Heimdall for a ritual that someone else will be running at the Grove this weekend.(I know you're reading...I just don't know if you care or not if you're mentioned by name)

I have only even heard the name Heimdall within the last year or so, however he came straight to mind with a very definite appearance and personality. As an invocation of this particular god was wanted, I have taken it upon myself to learn more and write one.


Poor Ruby....Shawn's all alergic to cats and stuff, and she's kept out of Steph's room now because of it. She comes to me for attention a lot now, when only recently she would never let me pick her up and half the time would run away from me if I tried to pet her.

I will now go and spend the next 7 hours or so in ful contact with my mattress, making a careful study of the insides of my eyelids.
