Last night, jsut before I went to bed, I was digging in this plastic container where I've been keeping the pieces of the blanket that I haven't workied on in so long.

I found the crocheted pouch that I used to keep my runes in before they migrated to their current one. And along with it, I found my purple labradorite necklace and my moonstone and iolite bracelet which have been missing since just after Ecumenicon. I know that the necklace was in the pouch, but not the bracelet. It actually only occured to me fairly recently that the bracelet was missing when I saw one in a store that was identical, except that it was moonstone and amethyst.

I'm happy to have found them.

I am finally getting new wick to put together another firestaff. I need to call up flamma aeterna today and ask about shipping.

Oh...I'll still have the old staff. The wicks are on the way out- there's some useability to them, but I wouldn't use them much longer- it would need to be rewicked pretty soon, but if anyone is interested in a premade staff- just add wick, let me know- must be in Baltimore, unless you're planning to come to me and grab it from my livingroom closet. It's pretty short- several inches shorter than my shoulder, somewhere in the just-over-four-foort-long range- and light (but not completely unbearably so.) Not so great for contact work.
